Job Summary
Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead with 10 years of experience to drive architecture design and delivery of scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in modern frontend frameworks like backend development using Python or workflow orchestration using Camunda and cloud-native development on AWS.
This role requires a balance of hands-on coding technical leadership and team mentoring.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design and development of full-stack applications using and React
- Architect scalable backend services using OR Python (FastAPI/Django)
- Design and implement workflow orchestration solutions using Camunda Platform
- Drive cloud-native architecture and deployments on Amazon Web Services
- Collaborate with product QA and DevOps teams to ensure high-quality delivery
- Define and enforce coding standards best practices and design patterns
- Mentor and guide developers conduct code reviews and improve team productivity
- Work with databases like PostgreSQL for high-performance data solutions
- Ensure system scalability performance optimization and security compliance
- Drive CI/CD implementation and automation pipelines
- Participate in architectural discussions and decision-making
Qualifications & Certifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science / IT / Engineering or equivalent
- 10 years of experience in full-stack development and system architecture
- Experience working on scalable enterprise applications
