Job Summary
- Handle daily office operations coordination and communication
- Manage records schedules MIS reports and vendor coordination
- Support HR and management in administrative tasks
- Manage social media accounts (Facebook Instagram LinkedIn etc.)
- Create and schedule engaging content (posts graphics videos)
- Monitor trends engagement and respond to messages/comments
- Collaborate with marketing/design team for content planning
