Job Title: Sales Executive (Field Sales)
About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive to manage field sales operations. The role involves expanding market presence building strong client relationships and driving revenue growth in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage sales within the assigned territory
- Visit Kirana stores supermarkets malls and B2B clients
- Identify and generate new business opportunities
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Ensure product availability and visibility across retail outlets
- Gather market feedback and track competitor activities
- Handle basic order processing and coordinate with internal teams
Requirements:
- Gender: Male
- Experience: Fresher to 1 year in sales (FMCG experience preferred)
- Education: Any Graduate / Undergraduate
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Confident presentable and responsive personality
- Ability to interact effectively with customers and resolve queries
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license
Working Details:
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: 10000 – 25000 per month (based on experience)
- Performance-based incentives
- Petrol allowance provided
- Product training will be provided
