Job Summary

Job Title: Sales Executive (Field Sales)

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive to manage field sales operations. The role involves expanding market presence building strong client relationships and driving revenue growth in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage sales within the assigned territory
  • Visit Kirana stores supermarkets malls and B2B clients
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Ensure product availability and visibility across retail outlets
  • Gather market feedback and track competitor activities
  • Handle basic order processing and coordinate with internal teams

Requirements:

  • Gender: Male
  • Experience: Fresher to 1 year in sales (FMCG experience preferred)
  • Education: Any Graduate / Undergraduate
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Confident presentable and responsive personality
  • Ability to interact effectively with customers and resolve queries
  • Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license

Working Details:

  • Working Days: Monday to Saturday
  • Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary: 10000 – 25000 per month (based on experience)
  • Performance-based incentives
  • Petrol allowance provided
  • Product training will be provided
