Job Summary
Designation: Executive (IT support specialists network administrators)
Location Mumbai
Key Responsibilities
- System Maintenance: Install configure and maintain hardware software networks and peripheral equipment.
- Technical Support: Provide troubleshooting and technical assistance to users regarding IT issues via phone email or in-person.
- Security Management: Implement monitor and maintain security protocols (firewalls anti-virus user authentication) to ensure data protection.
- Network Administration: Manage and monitor network performance ensuring high availability speed and security.
- Documentation & Reporting: Document IT policies procedures system configurations and inventory.
- Disaster Recovery: Assist with data backups and disaster recovery planning
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of operating systems (Linux Windows macOS) network administration and hardware.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills.
- Certifications: Often requires certifications such as CompTIA A Network or vendor-specific certifications (Microsoft Cisco AWS).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication skills (to explain technical concepts to non-technical staff) analytical thinking and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
