Job Overview

As an SAP S/4HANA Chief Solution Architect you will define and drive Coupangs SAP transformation across key business domains including Finance Supply Chain Procurement Logistics and Operations. You will partner with business leaders technology teams and global stakeholders to design scalable integrated SAP S/4HANA solutions aligned with Coupangs rapid growth and evolving business landscape.

You will be responsible for leading solution architecture defining endtoend business process designs guiding technical teams and ensuring SAP platforms meet enterpriseclass standards in performance reliability integration and security. This role will directly influence Coupangs core operational systems and will require strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA crossfunctional process knowledge and enterpriselevel architecture skills.

This role will additionally contribute to building the Coupang India Technology Center and help establish best practices engineering culture and crossregion collaboration frameworks.

What You Will Do

• Lead the architecture and design of SAP S/4HANA solutions across modules such as FI/CO MM SD PP EWM and TM
• Architect endtoend business processes aligned to Coupangs ecommerce logistics and fulfillment operations
• Define integration patterns between SAP S/4HANA and internal Coupang systems (OMS WMS Finance systems 3rdparty applications)
• Develop and maintain the SAP enterprise architecture roadmap ensuring alignment with longterm business goals
• Provide expert guidance on SAP best practices data models extensibility (BTP) Fiori UX and cloud deployment models
• Review functional and technical specifications to ensure architectural consistency and solution quality
• Collaborate with business product and engineering teams across multiple geographies to design scalable highperformance SAP solutions
• Identify opportunities for automation process improvement and system optimization within the SAP landscape
• Mentor SAP functional and technical teams; drive architectural governance and design reviews
• Ensure SAP platforms meet enterpriseclass SLAs for performance reliability availability and security
• Support major SAP initiatives including S/4HANA rollouts upgrades migrations and greenfield/brownfield implementations

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelors or masters degree in computer science Information Systems Engineering or related field
• 1218 years of overall experience with at least 810 years in SAP S/4HANA solution architecture
• Deep handson expertise across multiple SAP modules (FI/CO MM SD PP EWM TM etc.)
• Proven experience designing largescale enterprise SAP landscapes and integrations
• Strong understanding of SAP BTP Fiori CDS Views IDocs and API Hub
• Experience leading multicountry/multibusinessunit SAP transformations
• Excellent communication and crossfunctional collaboration skills
• Ability to work in fastpaced ambiguous highgrowth environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in ecommerce retail logistics or largescale supply chain organizations
• Handson SAP S/4HANA implementation experience in greenfield or brownfield programs
• Prior experience with cloudbased SAP deployments (AWS Azure GCP)
• Strong understanding of architecture frameworks and methodologies (TOGAF SAP Activate)
• Experience contributing to distributed global SAP teams
