1. Learning & Development
Identify organizational learning needs through structured Training Needs Analysis
Design and deliver learning programs
Develop training modules using instructional design models (ADDIE)
Facilitate workshops and learning sessions
2. Talent Management
Manage the end-to-end talent management cycle
Conduct potential assessments
Facilitate Talent Council meetings
Manage DACs (Development Action Committees / Discussions)
Maintain and analyse talent data and reports
