Your work profile

• Leadfund accounting and reporting transformationinitiatives including NAV calculation and validation frameworks.
• Drivevendor assessment RFP support and platform selectionfor fund accounting and reporting systems.
• Design and deliverTarget Operating Models (TOMs)and supportplatform migration and front-to-back integration.
• Manageclient stakeholders project delivery and workstream execution within complex FS programs.
• Supportsystem implementation lifecycleincluding requirements testing (SIT/UAT) parallel runs and go-live.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute topractice development and proposals.

Key skills required

• Strong experience inFund Accounting and Reporting.
• Exposure totraditional and alternative asset classes.
• Hands-on knowledge offund accounting platforms(e.g. Multifonds Geneva Aladdin SS&C).
• Excellentconsulting communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Leadsoperating model design system migration and process re-engineering efforts
• Drivesfront-to-back integration thinkingacross business operations and technology
• Managesimplementation lifecycle(requirements SIT/UAT parallel runs go-live)
• Hands on with preparation ofBusiness Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs)
• Experience inChange Management and Transformation
• PriorBig 4 or consulting experience.
• Exposure toglobal asset managers or asset services.
• Experience supportingregulatory and investor reportinginitiatives.
• Qualification - Chartered Accountant (CA)
