Location: Mumbai India (Remote)
About the role:
TheAutomation Specialistsprimary goal is to become an expert user of our automation tool streamlining the creation of local market versions ofmastercreative assets.
This role is critical in reducing production time while ensuring high-quality error-free artwork.
Byleveragingthe automation tool theAutomation Specialistwill drastically cut time in producing design variations enabling faster market readiness.
What you will be doing:
Oversee and manage the following technologies:
- OLIVERautomationtool for static marketing collaterals
- OLIVERworkflowmanagementtool(including but not limited toapprovalandforecasting and schedulingmodules)
Workflow:
- Master the automation and workflow tooling
- Manage complexautomationworkflows across multiple regionsmarketsand languages
- Followadetailed automation process and evangelise this process across internal agency and external client teams
- Oversee brief ingestion andwork with OLIVERproject managersto understandrequirements
Stakeholder Management:
- Ensuring keyclientstakeholders are kept updated on the progress
- Report blockers ensure RAIDs (Risks Assumptions Issues and Dependencies) are appropriately documented and reported
- Guidethe OLIVERoffshoreProduction Hub teams ontheir roles andresponsibilitiesprocessesand expectations during theentireautomation process
- Trainingandeducating OLIVER and SIBG stakeholders on newand existingprocessesandtoolshighlightingefficiencies this will bring
Design Engineering and Quality Assurance:
- Collaborate with OLIVER design team tomaintaincreative and brand standards
- Understandbasic design principlesand howutilizing automationwillexpeditethe deliveryprocesses
- Efficiently brief and work with design team members
- Conduct thorough quality assurance reviews
Performance Analysis and Improvement:
- Utilize data insights to drive performance improvements.
- Develop actionable recommendations for quicker and more efficient production.
Vendor Collaboration andLocalization:
- Ensure newtranslations are accurately integrated into the systemfollowing the set processesmaintainingconsistency.
What you need to be great in this role:
- 4-6 relevant years experience preferably within Digital Designer and / or Project Manager role/s
- Strong understanding of automation tools and technologies.
- Previousexperience of automation technology
- Previousexperience of workflow technology including but not limited to approval forecastingresourcingand scheduling functionalities
- Proven ability to manage complex workflows across multiple countries / markets and languages
- Goodanalytical skills focused on performance improvement.
- Knowledge ofbasic design principles with the ability to learn and adapt design tools(InDesign)in partnership with designers.
- Keen eye for detail in quality checking creative outputs ensuring zero errors.
- Strong communicationand collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience of taking and interrogating briefs
- Dedication to achieving project goals andobjectives.
- This role will be working as part of a global team working across time such strong time management discipline will berequiredas successful candidates will be requirement to attend occasional out of hours video calls and meetings. Flexibility will be allowed tomake backthis timehowever(for example if attendance of a late-night video meeting isrequired the successful candidate will have the flexibility of starting work later the following morning)
- Passion for and inquisitive about AI andnew technologies
- Understanding and knowledge of AI tools is beneficial but ability to learn and digest benefits and features of AI tools is critical
