Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall administration & facility operations
- Handle vendor management (security housekeeping transport canteen etc.)
- Ensure proper maintenance of office and factory premises
- Monitor housekeeping security & safety standards
- Manage asset control and administrative budgets
- Handle travel arrangements accommodation & logistics
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements
- Coordinate with HR production & management teams
- Supervise administrative staff and service providers
