Office Administrator
Commercial General Contractor is looking for a strong experienced individual whose duties will include but not limited to the following; A/R A/P filing phones collections min. 3 years experience with Quickbooks Enterprise and familiar with AIA Contracts. Fluency in English is REQUIRED. Must have reliable transportation. Must be able to work M-F 8am - 5pm. We do E-Verify and Drug test. Pay depends on experience. Benefits include; 401(k) (7) Paid Holidays Medical Dental and Vision plans available accrued PTO after 90 days and vacation after 1 year of employment.
