Education Qualification: Bachelors degree in computer science or related field or higher

Position Description: Candidates should have prior experience working in production support environments and be comfortable in
- handling incident triage
- root cause analysis
- providing ongoing operational support
- strong hands-on experience in SQL
- working knowledge of AWS and Python
- familiarity with enterprise applications and supporting business critical systems would be highly preferred.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Your future duties and responsibilities
Manage and resolve production incidents through effective incident management and triage.
Monitor application and system performance to ensure high availability and stability.
Support change and release processes ensuring smooth and risk-free deployments.
Provide operational support and maintenance for applications and systems.
Ensure adherence to SLAs and maintain high service performance through service level management.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Must-Have Skills

Strong knowledge of AWS including hands-on experience with core services cloud deployment monitoring and troubleshooting in production environments.
Proficiency in Python for scripting automation debugging and developing utilities to support production systems.
Advanced expertise in SQL including writing complex queries performance tuning data analysis and resolving database-related issues.

Good-to-Have Skills

Experience or domain knowledge in the healthcare industry including familiarity with healthcare applications data standards and compliance requirements is an added advantage.
