Job Title: Marketing Specialist Partner Marketing
Reports to: Director Pacific and dotted to Senior Marketing for Channel- APAC
Region & Area: Asia Pacific Pacific
Job Summary:
As a Partner Marketing Specialist you will collaborate closely with AVEVAs partners and channel sales teams in Pacific and APAC to create demand drive engagement and accelerate partner-led growth for Pacific. This role calls for a strategic agile B2B marketer who can design and execute impactful partner marketing initiatives aligned with AVEVAs growth objectives and prioritized industries.
Key Responsibilities
Develop & Execute Partner Marketing Strategy
Design and implement a comprehensive partner marketing plan for Japan aligned with AVEVAs regional growth priorities with channel- manufacturing automotive and high-tech.Drive Pipeline & Brand Growth
Deliver programs that generate pipeline acquire new customers and strengthen AVEVAs brand presence through partner-led initiatives.Manage Marketing Development Funds (MDF)
Oversee MDF budgets utilization assess joint marketing plans and ensure optimal fund utilization for maximum ROI.Localize & Adapt Global Campaigns
Tailor global programs for partner deployment blending in-person and digital tactics for maximum impact.Enable Partner Success
Share best practices guide partners on innovative marketing approaches and foster collaboration across AVEVAs partner ecosystem.Measure & Optimize Performance
Track KPIs analyze ROI and continuously refine strategies to improve outcomes.Developer Community Engagement
Execute campaigns to grow and nurture developer communities localizing content and experiences to enhance engagement.
Skills and Experience:
B2B Marketing Expertise: 3 years in technology or industrial sectors with hands-on partner marketing experience.
Strategic Thinker: Ability to connect partner marketing to broader go-to-market strategies.
Strong Communicator: Exceptional written and verbal skills; fluent in English (mandatory).
Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Data-Driven: Solid understanding of demand generation ROI and performance metrics.
Partner Ecosystem Knowledge: Familiarity with seller partner models and MDF programs.
Creative & Collaborative: Self-starter with innovative ideas and a team-oriented mindset.
