- Strong working knowledge of CRM Sales Accounting and Inventory modules.
- Ability to independently configure complete end-to-end Odoo implementations.
- Strong understanding of core business processes including the sales cycle invoicing and accounting flows.
- Experience with VAT setup and financial workflows Gulf/UAE VAT knowledge is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in Python with hands-on experience in the Odoo framework.
- Good understanding of Odoo ORM models views and module structure.

- Translate business requirements into Odoo workflows and system configurations.
- Configure Chart of Accounts tax structures invoicing and reporting.
- Set up complete business workflows from Lead to Accounting.
- Develop and customize Odoo modules using Python and XML.
- Modify views reports and workflows based on client requirements.
- Handle basic to intermediate customizations independently without reliance on external developers.
- Manage data imports including customers vendors products and opening balances.
- Conduct system testing and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Ensure system accuracy and readiness prior to go-live.
- Collaborate closely with management on solution design project scoping and execution.
- Handle client queries and provide clear functional guidance.
- Provide post-implementation support and resolve issues.
