Job Responsibilities:
- Understand and document business requirements
- Serve as a subject matter expert offering in-depth knowledge of SCM functionalities
- Implement all functional aspects of SCM system according to requirements specifications
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues within the SCM system
- Conduct thorough testing and training
- Work closely with internal and Oracle teams to implement solutions according to industry best practices
Must-Have Skills:
- 5 years of hands-on experience in Dynamics SCM implementations in the following modules:
Supply Chain Planning
- Procurement and Sourcing
- Manufacturing and Shop Floor Management
- Order Management and Pricing
- Maintenance Management
- Customer Experience (CX)
- At least one successful full lifecycle implementation of SCM (We do not consider support and maintenance of these modules as implementation experience).
- Proven ability to lead manage and deliver full lifecycle projects through analysis design configuration testing and cutover.
- Strong English communication and interpersonal skills
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
- Implementation Certification in Oracle SCM Cloud is a big plus
