Job Title: Sales Representative Fire Protection & Pipe Supply (Inside/Outside Sales) ALL IN ONE Employment
Location: Miami FL
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative with a background in selling fire extinguishers pipeline materials and PVC products. This role is ideal for candidates with either inside or outside sales experience who are comfortable building client relationships generating leads and driving revenue in the construction industrial and safety supply sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with contractors builders and commercial clients
- Promote and sell fire extinguishers pipeline systems PVC materials and related products
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads within the Miami market
- Provide product knowledge and technical guidance to customers
- Prepare quotes negotiate pricing and close sales deals
- Manage customer accounts and ensure high levels of client satisfaction
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery
- Stay informed on industry trends codes and safety regulations
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales of fire protection equipment piping or PVC products
- Inside and/or outside sales experience required
- Strong knowledge of construction plumbing or industrial supply markets
- Excellent communication negotiation and customer service skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred for the Miami market
- Valid drivers license (for outside sales roles)
Work Environment:
- Combination of office-based (inside sales) and field-based (outside sales) work
- Frequent interaction with job sites contractors and supply locations
Schedule:
- Full-time position
- Flexible schedule depending on client needs and sales activities
Compensation:
- Competitive base salary plus commission
- Performance-based incentives
- Mileage reimbursement (for outside sales)
