Job Description:

The Role: Quality Engineer The Quality Control Engineer plays a key role in ensuring that products meet internal quality requirements and customer expectations. This position supports daily manufacturing operations drives root-cause investigations and partners closely with Production Engineering and Metrology teams to maintain robust process control. The role also contributes to continuous improvement projects qualification builds and customer quality Youll Do:Monitor daily quality performance and support molding/assembly production lines. Perform quality investigations root-cause analysis and support corrective/preventive actions. Review inspection results manage non-conformance reports and support timely disposition. Conduct in-process audits visual defect verification and process compliance checks. Collaborate with Engineering on NPI DOE builds and qualification activities. Work with Metrology on dimensional accuracy requirements and capability studies (MSA/GR&R). Support customer quality activities including complaint follow-up and 8D reporting. Maintain quality documentation (Control Plans Inspection Standards Work Instructions). Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance yield and reduce defects. Provide training and guidance to QC Inspectors on defect criteria and quality We Seek:Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Manufacturing Industrial Mechatronics Engineering or related fields. 13 years of experience in manufacturing quality control molding or assembly environments (fresh graduates considered for junior roles). Familiarity with problem-solving tools (5 Why Fishbone SPC FMEA Control Plan). Ability to read engineering drawings and apply GD&T fundamentals. Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving approach. Good teamwork communication and stakeholder coordination skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and support urgent issues when Candidates Will Have:Experience in FOUP plastic injection molding or precision component -on experience with metrology tools such as CMM vision system height gauge and to Lean Six Sigma Kaizen or other structured improvement understanding of SPC capability studies GR&R and other analytical experience supporting NPI builds customer audits or qualification data-analysis capability (Excel Minitab JMP or similar tools).A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and operational We Offer:At Entegris we invest in providing opportunity to our employees and promote from within.
