Krolls global Discovery & Analytics Solutions professionals within our Cyber & Data Resilience service line are trusted advisors built on Krolls long-standing DNA of risk investigations and complex problem solving.
Kroll is seeking an experienced Director to help establish and scale its India-based eDiscovery delivery capability. This role will play a critical leadership position in building a high-performing offshore team that supports complex investigations litigation regulatory and compliance matters globally with a particular emphasis on quality defensibility and operational excellence.
The Director will oversee local delivery operations partner closely with senior regional and global leaders and serve as a senior escalation point for complex technical workflow and regulatory challenges. This role reports into senior Discovery & Analytics Solutions leadership and works closely with colleagues across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Delivery Leadership & Operational Oversight:
- Lead and oversee eDiscovery delivery operations in India across collection processing hosting review analysis and production.
- Establish scalable defensible workflows aligned to Kroll global methodologies and best practices.
- Serve as a senior escalation point for complex technical legal or cross-border data challenges.
- Ensure consistent quality risk management and adherence to client-specific and regulatory requirements.
Team Building & People Leadership:
- Build lead and develop a high-performing Discovery & Analytics Solutions team across multiple levels.
- Provide coaching mentorship and performance management to managers and senior professionals.
- Foster a strong culture of accountability collaboration and continuous improvement.
Stakeholder & Client Partnership:
- Partner with onshore engagement leaders to support global investigations and litigation matters.
- Support scoping workflow design and resource planning for complex and large-scale matters.
- Contribute to client discussions where appropriate providing delivery insight and technical guidance.
Continuous Improvement & Innovation:
- Stay current on eDiscovery technology developments including Relativity and AI-enabled workflows.
- Help drive operational efficiencies through automation standardization and knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with global teams on the evolution of tools processes and training initiatives.
Essential Traits & Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science Law or a related field; advanced degree or certifications preferred.
Experience: Typically 15 years of progressive experience in eDiscovery litigation support or digital investigations.
Demonstrated experience leading delivery teams and managing complex high-volume matters.
Deep expertise with Relativity and enterprise-scale review platforms.
Strong understanding of global data privacy considerations and cross-border discovery challenges.
Proven leadership communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced global delivery environment.
