The Position

Job summary:

1. Develop strategic plans to transform long-term goals into actionable initiatives while strengthening China-Global synergy to secure growth.

2. Provide high-quality market research and analytics on market/competitor/business performances to support business development able to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment to co-create/derive actionable insights to support strategic planning and decision making.

3. Support in business reporting within RDSL and with APAC/Global. And drives operational excellence by standardizing business processes and frameworks to maximize organizational efficiency.

The Opportunities:

Business Strategy

1. Assist in coordinating developing and implementing Molecular Lab strategic plans and decode long-term goals into annual plans while aligning global and local resources and understanding to ensure execution excellence.

2. Serve as a strategic link between China and Global leveraging market insights to effectively communicate local needs and secure appropriate resources in global asset planning to drive China acceleration.

Market Insight
3. Establish and optimize business intelligence and analytics framework; support critical decision-making and strategic positioning by synthesizing internal/external market trends competitor dynamics and business performance into actionable insights.

4. Develop & maintain business & strategic analytics databases/data systems.

Operational Excellence
5. Assemble high-quality business & sales analysis reports and lead yearly targeting and MTO exercises. Provide high-quality reports and presentations to support business reporting with China APAC and Global Leadership Team.

6. Design and implement standardized frameworks and reporting templates to streamline end-to-end business processes ensuring maximum execution excellence and operational efficiency.

Who you are:

1. A bachelor degree in Marketing Data Management medical Pharmaceutical and/or proven track recordwith professional experience in those fields.

2. Proficiency in both spoken and written English.

3. Good command of MS office software application. Skill of AI Tableau or other BI software etc. highly preferred.

Experience

5 years or above experience in the consulting industry or in IVD business/Life Science/Healthcare industry.
