Job Summary
Specialized Reading Instructor ESY Program
POSITION OVERVIEW
Seeking Wilson Reading Instructor Orton Gillingham Instructor and/or LiPS instructor to provide specialized reading services to students in grades k-12 who require an Extended School Year (ESY) per their Individualized Education Program (IEP).
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Advanced planning of curriculum
- Communicating with parents
- Coordinating services with related service providers and learning center teachers
- Writing progress reports at conclusion of program
QUALIFICATIONS
- Wilson and/or Orton Gillingham and/or LiPS certification required
- Current authorization to work in the United States by the first day of employment
SCHEDULE:
- July 6 2026 - August 13 2026
- 9:00 - 2:00 Monday - Thursday (Hours and schedule are dependent on caseload)
- Additional one to days of training prior to start of program
- Additional 30 minutes per day for planning
