Oversee the management and daily operations of district facilitiesSupervise and evaluate maintenance and custodial staffPlan and direct work for building and grounds personnelConduct routine inspections of school buildings and facilitiesIdentify maintenance needs and ensure timely and effective repairsManage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipmentPrepare cost estimates and recommend materials and purchasesProvide training and support for maintenance and custodial staffEnsure compliance with state facility regulations and OSHA requirementsMaintain a safe environment through inspections and safety proceduresCommunicate regularly with administration regarding facility needs
