About the role

Responsibilities
- Assistwith writing and copyediting grant proposals and reports
- Research and prepare briefings on prospective donors
- Write and send donor acknowledgment letters
- Maintainaccurateinstitutional donor records and reports in Tessitura the Museums CRM
- Maintain and organize digital donor files
- Coordinate gift processing with the development operations department
- Work with the finance department to ensure that all grants and grant payments are properly recorded in Tessitura
- Manage scheduling for theAssistant Directorof Institutional Givingand Directorof Institutional Giving and GovernmentGrants
- Staff fundraising events as needed
Qualifications
- Excellent expository writing and copyediting skills
- Strong communicationand research skills
- Superb attention to detail
- Strong data entry and data management skills

Reports to: Assistant Director of Institutional Giving
Position type: Full-time
Grade & Salary: J - $61733.26
Union Status:Union- UAW Local 2110
FLSA Status: Non-exempt
Schedule:35 hours per week Monday through Friday 9 am to 5 pm
