Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

A growing kidney care practice in Fall River is seeking Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to join its collaborative clinical team. The practice is part of a nationwide provider focused network that prioritizes clinical excellence collaboration and exceptional patient care.

Experienced APP candidates are strongly preferred though motivated clinicians with a strong interest in nephrology are encouraged to apply.

What Youll Do

You will split your time between outpatient clinic care and dialysis rounding while collaborating closely with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams. The role offers a dynamic schedule meaningful patient relationships and the opportunity to make a direct impact on patients managing complex chronic conditions.

Responsibilities include:

• Dialysis rounding in outpatient dialysis centers
  
• Chronic kidney disease management in clinic settings
  
• Collaborating with physicians to co manage patient care
  
• Developing treatment plans and educating patients and families
  
• Managing ESRD related complications including hypertension anemia electrolyte imbalances and vascular access concerns
  
• Ordering and interpreting labs and diagnostic studies
  
• Coordinating care across multiple healthcare settings
