Job Summary
At Versent we build technology solutions that genuinely matter. Were looking for a Microsoft Product Manager to support and evolve our Microsoft Cloud Access & Billing platform a critical capability that enables customers to seamlessly procure manage and renew Microsoft solutions through Versent.
About the Role
You will support Versents Microsoft Resell and Cloud Access product ecosystem from product vision and backlog management through to billing accuracy platform optimisation and customer migration.
In the immediate term youll play a pivotal role in supporting the migration of customers onto Versents Microsoft billing platform while laying the foundations for a scalable automated billing and commerce experience that supports the longterm growth of the business.
What Youll Be Doing
Support and operate Versents Microsoft Cloud Access & Resell billing product
Define and maintain the product vision roadmap and prioritised backlog
Ensure billing accuracy including invoicing credits refunds and revenue visibility
Drive automation and optimisation across billing engines reporting and dashboards
Support endtoend product delivery with engineering teams from discovery through to release
Support customer migrations onto Versents Microsoft billing platform
Partner closely with Finance to ensure commercial integrity and compliance
Work alongside the AWS Product Manager to align crosscloud billing and commerce strategies
Support business outcomes across MRR revenue growth retention and renewals
What Youll Bring
5 years experience in Product Management or Program Management
Proven experience owning product roadmaps and delivering complex platforms endtoend
Experience working with Microsoft billing CSP cloud commerce or subscription platforms
Strong stakeholder management skills across technology finance and commercial teams
High attention to detail particularly in billing reporting or revenueimpacting products
Ability to balance operational excellence with forwardlooking product development
Confidence working in ambiguous environments with competing priorities
