Job Summary
At Versent we build technology solutions that genuinely matter. Were looking for a Microsoft Product Manager to own and evolve our Microsoft Cloud Access & Billing platform a critical product enabling customers to procure Microsoft solutions seamlessly through Versent.
About the work
You will be responsible for the lifecycle of Versents Microsoft Resell product from product vision and backlog management through to billing accuracy platform optimisation and customer the near term you will play a pivotal role supporting customer migrations to Versent while shaping the future of our billing ecosystem.
What Youll Be Doing
Operate the Microsoft Resell & Cloud Access billing product
Lead product operations including billing accuracy credits refunds and revenue visibility
Build and manage a prioritised product backlog with engineering teams
Drive automation and optimisation of billing engines and dashboards
Work closely with our AWS product manager to define and execute product backlog
Partner with Engineering Finance AWS Microsoft and Customer Success teams
Support commercial outcomes across MRR revenue retention and renewals
What Youll Bring
5 years experience in product or program management
Proven ownership of product roadmaps and end-to-end delivery
Experience with a Microsoft Billing platform
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
