The Position
IT Business Analyst
The Opportunity
Roche has established Global Analytics and Technology Center of Excellence (GATE) to drive analytics & technology driven solutions by partnering with Roche affiliates across the globe. This position is to support GATEs stakeholders in the Customer Engagement Suite (CES) - Voice of Customer (VOC) which sits within the business function of AABI (Advanced Analytics Business & Insights). The successful candidate will be based out of Budapest Hungary.
In this role you will collaborate closely with business stakeholders IT counterparts and product managers to gather and analyze requirements translate business strategy into actionable next steps for technical execution and ensure that the proposed solutions for tracking customer feedback effectively meet business objectives and user needs. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of innovative and user-centric products for our business stakeholders.
Requirement Gathering: Participate / lead project discovery phases with business to elicit analyze and document business requirements ensuring a thorough understanding of project level and country (Roche affiliate) level user needs
Domain Leadership: Taking full ownership of the VoC business / technical requirements and issues management
Requirements Documentation: Translating complex VoC feedback into actionable technical specifications for the CES platform
Team Leadership: Leading the technical CES development for this stream including the management of a 3-person development team (Front-End developers Analytics engineers)
Cross-Functional Orchestration: Acting as the primary liaison between the Product Owner Design (UX/UI) Front-End Development and Analytics Engineering to ensure technical alignment
Tactical Support: Providing daily tactical support to the Roche Digital Technology (RDT) organization to ensure seamless Marketing Technology integration and issue resolution between Data platform and Qualtrics source system
Create Success Stories: Work with business and program leads to summarize the impact of the program and develop success stories to share with the broader organization
Who You Are
Minimum of 6-8 years experience working as a Business Analyst preferably with a pharmaceutical industry or pharma consulting firm focusing on stakeholder management and project delivery.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all level
Ability to lead workstreams independently as per defined vision while being part of the bigger project team
Proficiency in requirements gathering techniques structuring the requirements and process modeling
Proven track record for consistently meeting or exceeding goals on projects in Pharma / Biotech industry
SQL knowledge is mandatory
Slack and GitLab to maintain high-velocity communication and project tracking
Qualitrix and Voice of Customer Expertise is nice to have
