LeeSar is seeking a Dispatch Supervisor to lead daily transportation operations that support hospitals pharmacies EMS services and healthcare providers throughout Southwest Florida.
This is an opportunity to move beyond managing routes and become a frontline operations leader responsible for real-time decision-making team development and service excellence.

What Youll Do
As Dispatch Supervisor youll oversee daily dispatch operations that support courier pharmacy EMS and distribution services throughout Southwest coordinate driver coverage monitor real-time operations resolve service issues coach team members and ensure reliable transportation services that directly support patient care.
Occasional weekend coverage may be required based on operational needs.
Qualifications
What Were Looking For:
High School Diploma or GED
3 years of dispatch transportation logistics fleet or related operations experience
Effective communication and problem-solving skills
