The Opportunity

Adobe operates one of the worlds largest subscription platforms processing billions in payments annually across 190 markets. Payments performance is a critical growth leversmall improvements in approval rates can unlock meaningful incremental Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR).

In this role you will work at the intersection of data strategy and executionhelping Adobe optimise how customers successfully pay for subscriptions.

Eligibility:Youre currently an undergraduate pursuing your bachelors degree on your penultimate year of study looking for a placement year/sandwich year - Graduating in 2028

What Youll Do

  • Prioritise payments opportunitiesbased on ARR impact
  • Improve approval recovery and renewal ratesacross the subscription lifecycle
  • Identify key performance driversacross payment methods (cards SEPA iDEAL)
  • Own core metrics(authorisation retry success) and drive highest-impact levers
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives(e.g. retries routing APMs 3DS) and deliver executive-ready recommendations

What You Need to Succeed

  • Outstanding academic performance
  • Strong SQL Excel modelling and analytical skills
  • Evidence of excellence(internships competitions leadership)
  • Exceptional problem-solving and communication ability
  • Interest or experience in payments fintech or subscription business models(transaction data analysis A/B testing or working with financial/customer data)

Recruitment Process

Pre-Recorded Video Interview -A brief 10-minute video submission

Soft Skills Interview -A competency-based interview.

Presentation -Candidates will be asked to prepare and deliver a short presentation on a given topic. (virtual or in-person)
