Additional Information: This hotel is owned and operated by an independent franchisee Hotel Bozen S.r.l.. The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International Inc. The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotels employment policies and practices including hiring firing discipline staffing compensation benefits and all other terms and conditions of employment. If you accept a position at this hotel you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International Inc.

The Front Desk Agent is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service managing check-in and check-out procedures and ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for all guests.

-Greet guests warmly and provide a friendly professional first impression

-Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently

-Manage reservations cancellations and room assignments

-Respond promptly to guest inquiries requests and complaints

-Process payments and maintain accurate billing records

-Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness

-Maintain knowledge of hotel services promotions and local attractions

-Ensure compliance with hotel policies procedures and safety standards

-Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred

-Good communication and interpersonal skills

-Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

-Fluency in English and Italian or German; additional languages are an advantage

The 13th and 14th month salaries and severance pay (TFR) are to be considered additional to the agreed base salary. There is also the opportunity to perform upselling activities and receive company bonuses based on the achievement of business goals. 1500-1600 netto (euro)
