Marketing Coordinator. Execution-Focused. Multi-Location Shift Auto Group is looking for a Marketing Coordinator who turns strategy into flawless execution across multiple automotive dealerships. In this role you will take direction from our Senior Leadership Team and General Managers and make it happenon time on brand and without anything slipping through the cracks. About the Role: This is a high-volume detail-focused role for someone who thrives on organization consistency and execution. Role Details: Full-time in-office position Coordinate marketing for 10 dealership locations Manage 100 monthly posts campaigns and updates Tools include social platforms email systems Metricool and Google Suite Collaborate with leadership and internal content creator Focus on precision consistency and results Who You Are: Highly organized and detail-oriented Enjoys working in a structured high-volume environment Takes pride in executing plans perfectly and meeting deadlines Thrives on collaboration while owning projects from start to finish Next Steps:
You will manage and execute monthly marketing calendars coordinate inputs from multiple teams and ensure all social media email campaigns and updates go out flawlessly. You will work closely with a content creator to align production with posting schedules acting as the final checkpoint before anything goes live. You will also track performance analyze results and provide feedback to improve future campaigns.
