Job Summary
Join the accounting team atToyota of Puyallup the#1 volume Toyota dealership in the Puget Sound! We are seeking a dependable detail-focusedCar Biller Clerk. This role is essential to keeping our dealership operations running smoothly by ensuring the accuracy compliance and timely processing of our high-volume vehicle transactions.
Responsibilities & Expectations
We are the Puget Sounds sales volume leader we expect a high level of precision and the ability to maintain momentum in a fast-paced environment.
Audit & Process:You will audit vehicle deals for compliance process bank paperwork (electronic and paper) and ensure all funding is secured.
Financial Accuracy:Youll balance debits/credits maintain and reconcile accounting schedules verify all deal data aligns with finance documentation in the DMS and manage service warranty remittances.
Daily Collaboration:You will communicate with our Sales Finance and management teams as well as work with our Office Manager to resolve discrepancies.
Professionalism:We require at least3 years of accounting/billing experience(automotive preferred) and a methodical approach to handling sensitive data including assisting with monthly commission reporting.
