HCM Consultant L2
Job Summary
Job Description:
3 to 6 years of experience in SAP HCM with implementation and support experience.
Strong functional skills in HCM core modules (OM PA Time Management and Payroll) with at least 2 full lifecycle and 1 or more years in support projects.
Experience in cross-functional integration: Payroll and Time Management integration with FI.
Knowledge of data migration tools.
Ability to work with cross-functional and client-facing teams within an onshore/offshore model.
Documentation skills: Configuration functional specifications user manuals test scripts (Unit Integration and UAT processes).
Ability to understand requirements and create a high-level design of solutions and implement accordingly.
Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
Willingness to travel for assignments based on project needs.
Must be a strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Knowledge of S/4 HANA and H4S4 functionalities add on would be an added advantage.
