What we are looking for:

Due to internal movements were looking for two experienced IT Support Officers to join our high performing team. Youll provide first and second level technical support to internal customers throughout the organisation. These are fantastic opportunities to utilse your IT support expertise and your strong customer service skills.

What your day will look like:

Providing first and second level diagnostic of hardware and software technical problems
Managing corporate systems and network user permissions
Training internal users and providing advice in the use of Microsoft products
Ensuring equipment is correctly assigned and maintaining the asset register
Prioritising user support requests
