Develop and implement QA procedures and standards for warehousetransportation and last-mile delivery regular audits and inspections of logistics processes inventory handlingand packaging qualityissues such asmis-shipments damages delaysand non-conformances; lead root cause analysis and corrective action with warehouse operations and customer service teams to addressquality-related accuraterecords of inspectionsaudits incidents compliance with internal SOPs customer requirements and relevantregulations. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce error rates improve packagingstandards and optimize logistics the onboarding and training of operations teams on quality standards quality metrics (e.g. damage rate mis-pick rate claim frequency) andprovide insights for performance improvement
