RESPONSIBILITIES
As our Product Manager Apprentice you will play an active role in supporting the team across the development implementation and analysis of global marketing activities. You will gain strong exposure and hands-on experience to support your business or marketing studiesthrough daily operational tasks and involvement in campaigns and product launches.
Yourmain focus:
Product Launch Support
Contribute to the launch of new brand products.
Support the preparation and follow-up of briefs (design communication merchandising IM etc.).
Coordinate mock-ups artworks and pack shots follow-upwith agencies.
Co-develop 360 communication guidelines in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Monitor operational execution to ensure smooth implementation.
Market & Trend Analysis
Monitor advertising editorial coverage and industry news.
Conduct competitor analysis and support strategic insights.
Brand&Market Coordination
Support the preparation of market and fashion house presentations.
Assistin organizing internal meetings (brand reviewsandinternational conventions).
Provide day-to-day operational support (logistics samples shipments etc.).

The team is composed of two Product Managerssupervised by a Marketing Manager. You will work closely with several departments includingR&DDigital& IM Merchandising and Trade will be surrounded by experts who are passionate about beauty and committed to sharing this supportive environment you will be empowered to lead your own projects and grow.

Currently pursuing aMasters degree in Marketingor a related field.

Passionate about the beauty industry with a strong interest in fragrances.
