What you will do:
Strategy: Develop comprehensive growth strategy value proposition and execution roadmap in response to market dynamics and Client needs
Acquisition: Drive client acquisition and revenue growth through targeted strategies spanning traditional and non-traditional lead sources
Partnerships: Lead partnership strategy and executionfrom concept and economic evaluation through pilot and scalebuilding an ecosystem that delivers Client value
Engagement & Retention: Develop and execute integrated multi-channel engagement strategies to drive cross-sell and deepening Client relationships
Leads Optimization: Maximize lead assignment efficiency and ensure transparent communication on performance and results
Strategic Planning: Spearhead the annual business planning process including financial modelling forecasting and creating presentations for senior executives
People Leadership: Build and develop a high-performing diverse growth team of 10 employees

Leadership experience: Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience with mandates that drives P&L preferably in a combination of financial services and startups
Assets:
University degree or equivalent industry experience
Professional designation in Finance Accounting or Marketing
Bilingual proficiency (French/English)

The Base Pay range is for the primary location for which the job is posted. It may vary depending on the work location of the successful candidate or other addition to Base Pay eligible Sun Life employees participate in various incentive plans payment under which is discretionary and subject to individual and company performance. Certain sales focused roles have sales incentive plans based on individual or group sales results.
