Role Overview
As an APS Engineer you will be responsible formaintaining production stability handling incidents andensuring high availability of applications. You will act as a bridgebetween business and IT contributing to continuous improvement andoperational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical and functional support to end users
- Manage production incidents (resolution communication coordination PIRs)
- Monitor batch jobs data flows and system processes
- Contribute to dashboards KPIs and continuous improvement initiatives
- Support application releases and act as a production expert
- Ensure service quality stability and business continuity
Core Skills & Expertise
- Strong experience in Application Support & Production Operations
- Solid knowledge of ITSM processes (ServiceNow)
- Experience in incident management and IT/business interaction
- Understanding of IT security and cybersecurity principles
