Job Title: CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVE hourly and Commission/Office admin
We are looking for confident and motivated individuals who enjoy speaking with people and closing deals over the phone. If you are goal-driven and want to earn based on your performance this is the perfect role for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients
Present company services professionally
Follow scripts and handle objections
Schedule appointments or close sales
Maintain call records and notes
Requirements:
Strong communication skills
Basic English (or required language)
Sales or telemarketing experience (preferred but not required)
Confidence and positive attitude
Ability to handle rejection
Compensation:
Base salary ($16 $19)
Commission ($500) per sale
Bonuses for hitting targets
Location: Chatsworth Office
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm Full time
Pay: Hourly Pay plus commission based on experience
