This role requires five (5) days a week in office.
Key job responsibilities
We are looking for someone who thrives on anticipating needs and independently driving solutions before challenges arise. Youll be responsible for:
- Strategically managing a complex dynamic calendar while proactively identifying and resolving scheduling conflicts
- Orchestrating mission-critical meetings and travel arrangements with precision
- Developing and implementing innovative systems to streamline operations
- Leading key initiatives independently from expense management to large-scale events like re:Invent
- Contributing to the growth and development of the EA community
- Fostering strong collaborative relationships across all levels of the organization
Success in this role requires:
- Excellence in navigating ambiguous situations and creating structure where none exists
- Sharp analytical skills to identify process improvements and implement effective solutions
- Meticulous attention to detail while maintaining big-picture perspective
- Initiative to take on new challenges and drive projects to completion
- Passion for mentoring and developing other Executive Assistants
- A positive can-do attitude that energizes teams and turns challenges into opportunities
- Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on building collaborative partnerships across teams
- 5 years of senior level leadership support or 3 years of Amazon experience
- High school or equivalent diploma
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Experience leading process improvements
- Experience in a fast-paced high-tech company
- Experience designing processes to maximize efficiency

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
