Operations & Excellence Mngr, AMXL
Job Summary
Key job responsibilities
-Quality Standards & Continuous Improvement: Develop and maintain quality control processes and SOPs across all AMXL nodes. Conduct regular operational audits analyzing KPIs to identify improvement opportunities. Collaborate with field teams implementing best practices and ensuring compliance with Amazons operational excellence standards.
-Safety & Regulatory Compliance (WHS) Provide safety guidance and technical support to AMXL partners for compliance with Brazilian regulations. Perform safety audits across nodes enhancing safety culture and identifying risks. Lead safety initiatives participate in incident investigations and create safety training programs in collaboration with field operations teams.
-Partner Communications & Engagement Serve as single source of truth for all AMXL partner communications. Develop communication strategy ensuring alignment on boarding courses and ramp-up performance tracking creating training content in collaboration with ACES and field operations teams engagement and consistency across all channels. Create partner newsletters and announcements manage feedback mechanisms and drive recognition programs strengthening partner relationships across the network.
-Cross-Geography Benchmarking & Best Practices Benchmark AMXL operational practices quality standards safety programs and learning frameworks with NA EU IN and JP geographies. Identify best practices and opportunities enhancing Brazils program maturity. Participate in global AMXL forums and maintain relationships with program counterparts in other geographies facilitating knowledge sharing.
A day in the life
You review operational KPIs across Brazil identifying quality trends and safety incidents requiring immediate attention. You conduct audits with partners providing technical guidance on Brazilian regulatory compliance while documenting findings for follow-up training. You collaborate with field operations teams to create training content for the Learning App incorporating feedback from partner NPS surveys. You participate in global AMXL forums with North America Europe India and Japansharing Brazils approach. Throughout your day you serve as the central point of contact for field teams seeking guidance on quality standards safety protocols training requirementsensuring consistency and operational excellence.

- Bachelors degree or equivalent
- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area including weekends nights and/or holidays
- Experience with Six Sigma lean manufacturing
- Experience in people management
- Experience in English-language communication skills both written and verbal
- Experience in performance metrics process improvement and Lean methodologies
