Key Responsibilities
Develop and deliver engaging online lessons activities and assessments tailored to student needs.
Provide timely constructive feedback on student assignments and progress.
Monitor student participation and engagement proactively addressing any challenges.
Maintain open and consistent communication with students and where applicable parents/guardians.
Utilize learning management systems (LMS) and other educational technologies effectively.
Adapt teaching methods and materials to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities.
Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance online teaching skills.
Ensure a positive inclusive and respectful virtual classroom environment.
Adhere to company policies and academic standards.
Required Skills
Experience in teaching or tutoring preferably online.
Proficiency with online learning platforms (e.g. Zoom Google Meet Microsoft Teams).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to create engaging and interactive lesson content.
Reliable high-speed internet connection and a suitable home office setup.
Demonstrated empathy patience and adaptability.
Preferred Qualifications
Masters degree or higher in Education or a specialized subject.
Experience with specific Learning Management Systems (e.g. Canvas Moodle Blackboard).
Familiarity with various digital educational tools and resources.
Bilingual proficiency.
