About the Program.

About You.

• You are 0-5 years out of college and interested in entrepreneurship and wealth building
• You enjoy working with people solving problems and are comfortable with sales networking or persuasion
• You are motivated to own your success serve your community and learn new skills
• Prior business sales leadership or extracurricular experience is a plus but attitude and drive matter most
• You are able to support yourself financially during the ramp up period.This is not a salaried or hourly role
• Owners must have access to sufficient capital to cover startup costs and personal expenses until the business becomes profitable (reduced startup fees are available for this cohort)
