Sales Manager (Player-Coach) Construction
Were not looking for a sales manager.
Were looking for someone who can drive sales and hold people accountable.
Were looking for someone who can drive sales and hold people accountable.
This role:
- Runs weekly sales calls
- Enforces numbers (inspections leads quotes follow-ups revenue)
- Fixes underperformance fast
- Coaches in the field and closes deals
Youll lead a team selling:
- Roofing
- Siding
- Windows
- Gutters
Expect to work in the field.
What Matters
- You can run a tight meeting without winging it
- You hold people accountable (not just talk about it)
- You understand construction and can build a basic estimate
- You dont avoid hard conversations
Comp
Base performance bonus tied to team results

Compensation: $125000.00 per year
