RESPONSIBILITIES
AstheGlobal Influencer Marketing Assistant your roleis to support the PR & IM team in building and coordinating the PR & Influence strategies for Hugo Boss fragrances worldwide.
This role supports the team in building the earned marketing strategy to drive brand awareness and visibility worldwide on Hugo Boss. The intern will also helpleadlocal implementation of PR/IM strategies working closely with the markets to strengthen the relationships.
Yourmain focus:
INFLUENCE MARKETING
Regular competitive monitoring in the beauty fashion and lifestyle sectors
Assistancein developing globalinfluencerstrategies and activations meeting local needs
Management of influencer databases/profile throughTraackrplatform
Help in designing creative initiatives targeting influencers
Analysis of results based on relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
PRESS
Assistancein developing communication tools (press kits press releasesinvitations)
Compilation of press reviews
EVENT
Assistancein executingbrand activations: participation in agency briefings coordination with markets project management shootings & fittings etc...
Coordination of local events
COORDINATION
Coordination of external service providers (PR agencies creative agencies freelancers suppliers etc.)
Product launch monitoring: operational follow-up on organization (logistics orders etc.) coordination with markets

The team consists of an Influence Marketing Director and two PR & Influence Managers supported by the newGlobal Influencer Marketing Assistant. This role requires the ability to work closely with directmanagerbased in Paris offices and to liaise and communicate internally with various departments such as Marketing Media & Digital teams DTC teams on top of key license contacts. YOU ARE A COTY FIT
You like to create think of innovativewaysand exchange ideas in a challenging but caring an experienced Global Influencer Marketing Assistant you love switching amongprojectsand you get energy from working in a fast-paceddiverseand international environment. Other than that you are/have:
Creative digital/social media savvy talent
Proficiencyin Microsoft Office (mainlyPowerpoint& Excel)
Great aesthetics & analytical skills (post-campaign reporting)
Both proactive and reactive
An internship agreement provided by your school is mandatory.
Qualifications
Available6 months startingJuly2026
Minimum Education Level: Bac 4/5 Business school (or on track to graduate) in MarketingCommunication orLuxurymanagement Communicationschools too.
Minimum Years and Area of Experience: 1-2previousinternships / work experience
Required Language Proficiency: Fluent in English & French ideally
Licenses or Certifications: eligible to work in France
