Elm Chevrolet is actively seeking a motivated results-driven Automotive Product Specialist to join our high-volume sales team.
Were looking for someone who knows how to manage leads close deals and build lasting customer relationships. If you have proven automotive sales experience and want to work in a store with steady traffic and strong opportunity we want to hear from you.
What Youll Do:
- Guide customers through the full vehicle purchase process from initial contact to delivery
- Provide a professional customer-focused sales experience
- Manage inbound and outbound leads with consistent follow-up
- Maintain strong knowledge of inventory features and current incentives
- Build and maintain a customer base for repeat and referral business
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years automotive sales experience (REQUIRED)
- This is NOT an entry-level position
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Strong communication and closing skills
- Basic computer proficiency (CRM email etc.)
- Valid drivers license with clean driving record
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced team environment
