Job Summary

2026 Extended School Year - Special Education PARAPROFESSIONALS SUMMER

Applicants must: One year of college required; two years of college preferred. - Transcripts required Have experience working within special education programs Be able to: implement behavior plans Safety Care / CPI or similar training preferred; facilitate appropriate social interactions; lift transfer and assist students with physical needs; assist with self care skills/duties; implement various teaching strategies or job coaching techniques under the direction of the special education teacher ESY Coordinator Site Lead Teacher and/or Director of Special Education. Salary: $22 per hour.

NOTE: All ESY positions must be applied for each year. These are not continuations of any
positions held during the school year or from the previous summer.
