Greystones is hiring a results-driven Technical Program Manager to lead and coordinate complex technical initiatives supporting data-driven mission outcomes. The ideal candidate will have experience managing cross-functional teams working with IRS data environments and translating business and technical requirements into executable program plans. The role requires strong leadership organizational and communication skills along with a deep understanding of data systems and analytic workflows.

Major Duties/Tasks:
- Lead the planning execution and delivery of technical programs supporting IRS data initiatives.
- Manage cross-functional teams including data engineers analysts and developers to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
- Define program scope objectives timelines and deliverables aligned with mission and stakeholder priorities.
- Oversee the development and optimization of data pipelines and workflows across disjoint and heterogeneous systems.
- Coordinate data integration efforts and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and data governance standards.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders translating complex concepts into actionable plans.
- Monitor program performance identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with IRS data policies security requirements and regulatory standards.
- Drive continuous improvement of processes tools and program execution methodologies.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Engineering Information Systems or a related field.
- Experience managing technical programs or projects in a data-centric environment.
- Familiarity with IRS data including business return elements return processing and return metadata.
- Strong understanding of data pipelines data integration and analytics workflows.
- Experience working with SQL data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI) and data analysis environments (e.g. R or Python).
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities.
- Strong communication leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Agile Scrum or other program management methodologies preferred.
