Greystones is hiring a results-driven Technical Program Manager to lead and coordinate complex technical initiatives supporting data-driven mission outcomes. The ideal candidate will have experience managing cross-functional teams working with IRS data environments and translating business and technical requirements into executable program plans. The role requires strong leadership organizational and communication skills along with a deep understanding of data systems and analytic workflows.

Major Duties/Tasks:

  • Lead the planning execution and delivery of technical programs supporting IRS data initiatives.
  • Manage cross-functional teams including data engineers analysts and developers to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
  • Define program scope objectives timelines and deliverables aligned with mission and stakeholder priorities.
  • Oversee the development and optimization of data pipelines and workflows across disjoint and heterogeneous systems.
  • Coordinate data integration efforts and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and data governance standards.
  • Facilitate communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders translating complex concepts into actionable plans.
  • Monitor program performance identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with IRS data policies security requirements and regulatory standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement of processes tools and program execution methodologies.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Engineering Information Systems or a related field.
  • Experience managing technical programs or projects in a data-centric environment.
  • Familiarity with IRS data including business return elements return processing and return metadata.
  • Strong understanding of data pipelines data integration and analytics workflows.
  • Experience working with SQL data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI) and data analysis environments (e.g. R or Python).
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities.
  • Strong communication leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with Agile Scrum or other program management methodologies preferred.
