Job Summary
Title Processor - South Bend IN
1st Shift 8:00am - 5:00pm
This opening with our client one of the nations largest title agencies is a full-time in-office position working Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm. The starting pay rate for this role will be based on the experience level of the candidate selected with consideration given to an administrative professional who is detail-oriented and eager to grow within the title and escrow field.
This is a great opportunity to step into a structured professional office environment where accuracy organization and teamwork play a key role in supporting real estate closing transactions.
Job Duties:
- Preparing and reviewing documents for real estate closing transactions
- Providing administrative support to closing officers including reports and file preparation
- Assisting with document organization and ensuring accuracy of all paperwork
- Communicating with internal teams corporate locations and buyers/sellers as needed
- Supporting the overall closing process to ensure timely and successful transactions

Requirements:
- Previous administrative or office support experience
- Exposure to title escrow or real estate processes is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook)
- Ability to communicate effectively with both internal teams and external contacts
