Job Summary

Corewell Healths Neurosciences Service Line is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our expanding Behavioral Neurology team. Our cognitive and behavioral neurology program is the only specialty program of its kind in West Michigan and functions within a highly collaborative multidisciplinary care model.

This role offers the opportunity to work in a patient-focused academic-style environment while contributing to innovative care for individuals with neurocognitive disorders.

Position Highlights:

  • Fully outpatient position with no nights weekends or call responsibilities
  • Close collaboration with neurologists and a multidisciplinary care team
  • Responsibility for care coordination follow-up visits and longitudinal patient management
  • Active involvement in the development and implementation of a monoclonal antibody clinic for the treatment of Alzheimers disease
  • Structured onboarding and orientation program lasting approximately 36 months
