Job Summary

1. Lead Army MS Rep primary interface with MS Hd APC APC Optimization and COS APC. Link to SJC ARRC and Fd Army Fmns.
2. Act as the DCGS and CFAs personal MS staff officer and first point of call for all matters of Army CM and for other sS when appropriate.
3. Responsible for the timely and accurate delivery of CM processes for the Gen Staff within AHQ and for CFA. Sp other desks as required.
4. Responsible to Principals for the timely and accurate administration of Gen Staff annual reports within AHQ and for CFA.
5. Provide interpretation of APC and Army CM policy and process for AHQ CFA and to Principal MS Reps where required.
6. Lead the provision of professional CM advice and guidance to Principals and individuals within the Combined AHQ.
7. Coordinate Order of Merit Boards for DCGS and CFA for OF 4-6 coordinating across the Army TLB and AHQ.
8. Lead as MS Fwd and a permanent member of APC Senior Ldrship Team on Fwd Policy issues
