What youll do:
- Attending meetings with internal clients building and maintaining relationships
- Filtering report requests coming into the portal and forwarding them for further analysis
- Gathering requirements from internal clients and collaborating to translate them into basic technical requirements
- Coordinating with internal clients to agree on how report columns will be mapped and interpreted
- Implementing standard reports in Excel and Power BI
- Collaborating on the preparation of documentation related to report implementations
- Verifying the consistency of output data with client requirements
What were looking for:
- University degree (preferably in transportation or logistics)
- Experience working with large data sets or in a junior analyst role
- Good command of English (minimum B2 level)
- Intermediate or higher proficiency in MS Excel
- Developing analytical skills strong communication and willingness to work with clients
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of the logistics industry and CargoWise One
- Familiarity with tools such as VBA Python Power Query or Power BI
