Job Summary
What will you do
The person in this position will be responsible for supporting marketing activities primarily in the area of organizing/coordinating events and conferences social media activities (LinkedIn) content creation and brand awareness initiatives.
Your tasks
- Supporting the organization of conferences industry events and marketing initiatives
- Coordinating event logistics cooperating with organizers and supporting internal communication
- Supporting social media activities particularly on LinkedIn
- Creating and publishing content for social media posts
- Co-creating and implementing brand awareness activities
- Preparing marketing materials and presentations
- Supporting updates of website content (CMS)
- Creating short content materials (posts announcements event summaries)
- Basic editing of graphics and visual materials for social media
- Supporting cooperation with marketing agencies (coordination communication preparation of materials)
- Monitoring basic marketing performance indicators
Requirements
- Higher education (or final year of studies) in marketing management communication or a related field
- Interest in marketing social media and digital communication
- Knowledge of LinkedIn and other social media channels
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g. Canva or similar)
- Familiarity with CMS / website content management is a plus
- Very good organizational skills
- English proficiency at a minimum of B2 level
